Dave Otto uses photography as a tool to communicate the beauty and importance of natural treasures. Dave and Richard Ellington, both long time residents of Carrboro, are co-authors of the pictorial history of Carrboro written in 2011 and will soon release a new book. Their slide show will feature photos of Carrboro.

Nora Castillo loves to create fabulous serving trays, bowls, plates, trivets and jewelry using various glass fusing techniques. Her previous occupation as a chemist makes this a perfect fit for her. Each piece she creates is totally unique.


Womancraft is a local, self-sustaining co-op of over 70 artists and artisans, founded over 4 decades ago. We are totally run by our members.  Our co-op members create unique fine handcrafted jewelry, pottery, art, fiber arts, clothing, art glass, basketry, and more. There is plenty of free parking behind the building.
