“It’s A Fine Line” by Bob Meier of Doe Ridge Pottery
Doe Ridge Pottery was founded in 1978, and has been in continuous operation since that time. Bob is approaching his forty first year making pottery in Boone, North Carolina, also known as the High Country. “This show is a representation of my recent focus exploring the relationship between the line created by the shape of a piece of pottery, its form or profile, and the lines I can carve into its pristine surface."
“Tar Heel Travels” Fine Art Photography exhibit by Orange Cat Art
Orange Cat Art features the photography of sisters Jill M. Davis and Sheri West Symanski, as they share their love of nature and their home state of North Carolina with this collection of photography featuring the Tar Heel State. “Whether in beloved landscapes like the Blue Ridge Parkway or the Outer Banks, or hidden treasures such as morning dew on a lily petal, we love to share beauty we find with others. We hope our images invite viewers to remember, reflect, and be inspired.”
